NOTE: NORTH AMERICAN MUZZLELOADER HUNTING did not receive our Cooper Model 22ML test rifle until May of this year (2015), and much of our chronograph work with the rifle was done with temperatures in the upper 50's and lower 60's. Our published loads and data are commonly achieved with temperatures from the upper 40's to mid 50's. As summer temperatures begin to tail off, and we return to cooler fall weather, we will be doing a lot of spot checking with the above data - and will be adjusting some of these velocities and corresponding energy levels. We expect to achieve slightly faster velocities. - Toby Bridges, NORTH AMERICAN MUZZLELOADER HUNTING
